The whole process at Tremain New was positive from start to finish. I arrived slightly earlier than my allocated time slot. Shop proprietor was happy to accept me dropping off my luggage there and then, applied a tag to my luggage and had me take a photo showing I had dropped it off. I confirmed a rough time when I would return and my bags were made ready to collect right away. Recommend this shop.

Location was perfect, so close to Drakes circus shopping centre. The guy who took in our bags was very polite and friendly and explained how the system would work. The price was very competitive too. I already have plans to use Fone Tech again.

Drop off and pick up were very easy. The location is next to The Box art gallery and event venue which made it useful for my needs. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Would gladly recommend.

The staff looked like they didn’t know what I was talking about until I had all details on my phone? And was not very impressed that our bags were just left right next to a door that was held open to the main shop by a fire extinguisher, would have expected something more secure

Fast, friendly service.

The place is near the main train station of Plymouth, so it is useful and easy to access. The man who greeted us was kind and carried the luggage for us (!). We made the order and payment a day in advance on the app. The process of receiving the luggage and releasing it was fast and took less than a minute! Wonderful !
