Nothing to report, everything went well.

I dropped off my bags with almost no problems. When I picked up my luggage, the PR code didn't open and they demanded I show it. After much back and forth, they decided to take a copy of my passport with my signature. They released the luggage, but for the second day, I've been receiving an email stating the order wasn't fulfilled and that I need to confirm receipt of the luggage so they don't "take extra." I haven't been able to do this yet; the emails keep coming. We're waiting, trying to confirm that the luggage was picked up, but we're anxiously awaiting some kind of bill for supposedly continued storage. It's very inconvenient to use the app. But the storage location is convenient—it's close to the train station. And the staff is friendly. It's a typical minimarket.

Everything went well. The staff was very efficient. It's just a bit of a hassle to do everything online for luggage storage when you've already been there in person. Otherwise, the booking process is relatively simple and quick.

Convenient and efficient. But located behind the train station is not the best location when visiting the city for half a day. It took me a few minutes to find the way to the hotel as the street level was not easy.

The process was quick and secure. The service was friendly and courteous.

The shop staff were friendly, and sorted it out well.

Very friendly hotel staff, everything you would expect from a left luggage office, fast, secure and not too expensive.

Since it’s also a restaurant, we ate there on our way to the train station and it ended up being the best food we had in France.

Convenient location and bags are stored in a locked room so quite secure. We dropped our bags off at lunchtime and needed to wait in a queue behind people paying their bill, so there was about a 5 minute wait time during the lunch rush. Pick up was immediate. I would recommend this location with the exception of lunchtime.

It is possible to pick up/drop off items within the reserved time frame: super convenient. Please note, the establishment is on the south side of the station, not the north.

I would have been a little better if the location had been a little closer to the train station.

The problem is not with the store but with your site. The address is indicated but not the name of the store, at least not in an apparent way. So much so that when you are there, you do not know who to contact.
