  • I dropped off my bags with almost no problems. When I picked up my luggage, the PR code didn't open and they demanded I show it. After much back and forth, they decided to take a copy of my passport with my signature. They released the luggage, but for the second day, I've been receiving an email stating the order wasn't fulfilled and that I need to confirm receipt of the luggage so they don't "take extra." I haven't been able to do this yet; the emails keep coming. We're waiting, trying to confirm that the luggage was picked up, but we're anxiously awaiting some kind of bill for supposedly continued storage. It's very inconvenient to use the app. But the storage location is convenient—it's close to the train station. And the staff is friendly. It's a typical minimarket.

  • Convenient location and bags are stored in a locked room so quite secure. We dropped our bags off at lunchtime and needed to wait in a queue behind people paying their bill, so there was about a 5 minute wait time during the lunch rush. Pick up was immediate. I would recommend this location with the exception of lunchtime.

  • The service at the mobile store was excellent, expedient and courteous. The only negative is with the directions that are linked to the confirmation email. It takes you to a different location across the street. But once we figured out where the store was at, they were excellent !
