  • I would recommend this location if you’re near Santa Justa Estacion. The hotel staff were friendly and it was easy to show the code and get my luggage stored. The receptionist took my bag, tagged it and then stored it in a locked cupboard. Personally I preferred this to using lockers! I only used it for a few hours but would have been happy to leave it longer. It was easy to drop off and collect. The walk from Santa Justa was about 10 mins which in July heat was exhausting so if you go in summer just be aware of that.

  • Staff were helpful and drop-off and collection was very easy. All bags are in a shared locked space, but they photograph your bags on drop-off and give you numbered tokens that correlate to tokens they attach to your bags so feels secure enough.

  • The location is fantastic, very central, next to the Metropol Parasol (Las Setas). My luggage was safe; the only downside is that it's only open until 8:00 PM.

  • Amazingly helpful staff - very easy to find (right next to Alcazar) and my luggage was kept in a secure storage room. I had three large suitcases and had no issues. They even helped me use an outlet to charge my phone while I was waiting for transportation. Great central area to leave luggage while going on excursions nearby.
