Excellent service. The girl who helped us was very friendly and efficient.

Amazingly helpful staff - very easy to find (right next to Alcazar) and my luggage was kept in a secure storage room. I had three large suitcases and had no issues. They even helped me use an outlet to charge my phone while I was waiting for transportation. Great central area to leave luggage while going on excursions nearby.

This was a shop offering the service - on arrival I was shown a sign with additional instructions for collection as I'd booked for collection time that the shop was closed ... the gentleman put my case in the corridor of the next door property and let me know which button to press on arrival. They were very friendly and helpful ... I guess I felt slightly uneasy as wasn't sure whether other residents might have access to my case in corridor but it could have all been owned by the gentleman ... he must have felt it was secure I suppose. On balance I think I prefer the lockers that you can access at any time during the booking but this did the job for a short term solution to allow me to make the most of my last three hours in Seville without my case!

Luggage is left behind a counter (not in lockers). Someone is there to scan your QR code upon arrival and when you pick up your luggage. You can leave it all day for the same price as for 1 or 2 hours. The gentleman is very friendly. Please note that the address given is incorrect. You must first enter a shopping mall. There are two luggage storage facilities: one automated with codes and lockers (this is not Bounce, not the correct one), and the other a little further on: there, a person will greet you; this is the correct one. The photo shown is accurate.

Very friendly and easy going. Very fast process.

There’s a hard close at 1 and 6, so arrive 5-10 minutes before you drop off your bags. We got there 1 minute late and there was no one to let us drop our bags off. Other than that, it was easy. You do have to go downstairs so if you have any mobility issues be advised.
