Perfect! Booked online, received a friendly welcome, showed the reservation, took a photo of the luggage, and the luggage was locked away. Hands-free all day. Upon pickup, the confirmation was shown again, including the photos. The luggage was retrieved from behind the lock and ready. 5-star service!

Excellent location and very prompt and understanding staff. Despite being in a guesthouse, the service is unbeatable, and if I return to Seville, I would leave my luggage there again. We had no problems at all. I didn't even have the confirmation email, and they still let me leave my backpacks with my ID. You should take a photo when you leave your luggage so they can identify it later, as the staff changes throughout the day.
