The service was perfect and without any problems. The only thing is that, since it's not a 24-hour establishment, you have to adapt to their opening and closing times, which in my case worked well for my needs. The establishment is a bar that also offers a Consiga service. It's very close to the San Justa train station in Seville (less than a 5-minute walk). If you want complete freedom when dropping off and picking up items, then look for 24/7 options.

The gentleman didn't put our belongings in a locker, but nothing had changed (photo attached). Very nice! 😊

We were served by polite ladies who spoke broken English. I forgot to lock my luggage, and it came back intact – even the bag hanging from it was bent the same way, so it must have been left there and untouched all day. :) A very convenient place to store bags while visiting the Alcazar – the shop is literally right next to the entrance.

Nice and easy. :) You can conveniently store your luggage next to the Alcazar. It would be hard for me to find this place without Google Maps.

Great location near the Cathedral and a 3 min walk to our hotel. App mantra it easy to change drop off or pick up time. Will just Bounce again!

Very easy to book. You do not need to download the app because when the confirmation comes through, you can add the booking to your wallet on your phone. King Do was a few minutes from the station so very convenient when returning. The restaurant also has a bar and toilets. The food smelt lovely if you have time for a meal. Overall, the staff were friendly and we felt very safe leaving our luggage there.

Quick and convenient service

Our luggage was stowed safely and securely from 11am (checkout from our apartment) to 3pm (the time our Uber picked us up). The service was efficient as we dropped our bags off and picked them up. However, we did get caught out by tourist returning their hire cycles to the shop as we were attempting to repack our case in the store. We would definitely use this service again.

The location is ideal - close to the Alcázar/ Cathedral, and also the Torre del Oro, which means close to the airport bus stop. The facility is secure and no issues with leaving or collecting my luggage. I would definitely use again.
