Very friendly customer service. It is located above the jewelry shop so there are stairs you have to go up. I was worried about going down them with my suitcase but a gentleman helped me carry it down for me. I was very grateful. It was close to my Airbnb and shopping/restaurants while I waited to check in. Nice area.

The location is a two-story pension, and I stored my luggage there all day. The host and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating!

Bounce arrangements worked really well. Booking system worked well, Pension Vergara expected us, luggage was stored appropriately and it was easily retrieved……a really efficient and helpful arrangement for us as we had an evening flight.

Lovely person who even helped me bring my suitcase down because the stairs to the guesthouse are steep and not really suitable for carrying suitcases.

The service was excellent, and the location was great too. One thing that could be improved is labeling the luggage.

The app and the booking process was very straight forward and easy to use. We found the pensione easily and as previous posts have commented the reception is on the first floor up a narrow flight of stairs. The host was welcoming and we checked the bags in which are stored in a room behind the reception desk. Collection was a lot more relaxed and when we turned up we weren't required to show any ID and were allowed to help ourselves to collecting our luggage.

easy to drop off luggage but it is not stored in a specific room. The luggage was on an armchair and we removed it without any special checks by the staff.

Our lugage wasn’t stored in a room but just at the reception.

The lady of the hotel was very kind and helpful to us! Perfect service! The only flaw is that it costs a bit too much... for 3 hours we paid €33
