On the way from the bus/train station to Santiago de Compostela Church

The storage place in Santiago de Compostela was a little difficult to find as it only has a small sign in the window , but everything else was easy . It was close to the train station .

We didn't expect the luggage storage to be in a produce market. However, as soon as I showed the person at the counter my QR code, she immediately knew what to do.

After receiving my luggage, they stored it in the back yard, which was very reassuring.

The current service is sufficient.

The storage service was well-priced and located about 10 minutes walk from the train & bus stations. There was no sign for 'Bounce' outside so it was a bit confusing. It seems to be located in a package delivery service. The guys who took my case were pleasant but I was surprised that I wasn't given a ticket or docket. They said it wasn't necessary. When I returned 2 weeks later,I wasn't asked for any proof of reservation but was handed my case in seconds from behind a partition; the case was as I had left it. It was fine but it would be reassuring if there was a rather more professional approach that helps you feel your luggage is secure
