Location central and drop off easy. Not sure where bag was stored so can’t comment on security. Might be good to see for peace of mind.

If you're staying in San Antonio, this luggage storage location is perfect. Dropping off and picking up was very easy, I felt safe leaving my luggage, and the staff who served me was friendly.

The owner of the supermarket was super helpful. He even offered us his personal washroom since we were drenched on our arrival for the bag pick up.

Everything went great!

I only had problems with a gentleman who stayed at night and kicked me out. He was sitting at the reception desk. I thought that gentleman's attitude was unnecessary. The reception desk is a place for anyone to expect anything. I wasn't sleeping or anything. But one day he might need it too. So I left there. All the other employees were very friendly and attentive. They deserve a 10. I had a great impression of the establishment and I recommend staying there.

Everything is excellent!

Super easy check-in and check-out. Location is ideal for dropping bags and exploring the Old Town- just a few minutes walk from a taxi rank too. The lovely women at the shop were very friendly and helpful, despite us not speaking much Spanish and them not speaking much English. Highly recommend!
