The locker is super convenient, right in the city center and very close to the bus stop to go to the airport afterwards. Bounce is one of the cheapest and best located in Ibiza. Someone greets us, helps us put our large suitcase in the locker and locks it. Honestly, it was great for our last day on the island!

It is hidden, address is correct but in fact it is a shop “Fantastic”, so simply ask inside, otherwise all was good!

Friendly woman at the store and all worked well. The only thing I don’t fully understand is the collection time which have to specify when doing the online booking. Not clear on the consequences of missing the exact collection time. A bit stressful trying to get back for that exact time as the app sends emails saying the time is up. I understand if it’s a guide time. Seems like the thing to do is to give a later time that you know you’ll be able to collect before. In our case all was fine but I could have done without that bit of stress!

Very friendly staff. Luggage was safely stowed away. I was able to add some purchases later. Everything was perfect, would gladly return.

Nice lady in the shop. The suitcases had to be carried up to the first floor of the building next door; the stairs were wide, but long and steep. At 22.5 kg, it was a man's bag :-) The pickup went smoothly.

If you're staying in San Antonio, this luggage storage location is perfect. Dropping off and picking up was very easy, I felt safe leaving my luggage, and the staff who served me was friendly.

Slightly hard to find as it's in a little supermarket and found a qr code in the window. Lady was so lovely and very helpful. Definitely would use again
