Discover Ibiza luggage storage

It went very smooth, people were friendly and bags were safely stored.

All good. Although the address is incorrect. It's no 15 not 17.

Very kind and attentive. A very quick and easy process.

Super easy thank you

Location central and drop off easy. Not sure where bag was stored so can’t comment on security. Might be good to see for peace of mind.

Quick and fast, location was great

Perfect location just next to the bus stop. Very easy process. Recommend 💯

It was easy, staff was just pushy and rude.

Staff were lovely. Very easy to use and excellent service.

this was nice! People there seem to be really reliable. Gracias

Super friendly and attentive people always willing to help, 100% trustworthy!!

If you're staying in San Antonio, this luggage storage location is perfect. Dropping off and picking up was very easy, I felt safe leaving my luggage, and the staff who served me was friendly.

Was great thanks

Good, perfect! I recommend

noticed that we were not there at the check in time and someone from the store came out without us asking to help us find it

Excellent service, very central, nice and secure. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

You could have a "Bounce"-sign outside.

It would help if there was an obvious sign in the window, but that's all.

all was perfect!

This was my first time using Bounce and the staff made it super easy. Super convenient location and really friendly staff

The owner of the supermarket was super helpful. He even offered us his personal washroom since we were drenched on our arrival for the bag pick up.

So friendly, so easy. Highly recommend if you need a port place to store luggage

Super nice!!! Very friendly

Easy to book online, easy place to find, friendly staff, great location and easy to pick luggage back up.

Everything went great!

I only had problems with a gentleman who stayed at night and kicked me out. He was sitting at the reception desk. I thought that gentleman's attitude was unnecessary. The reception desk is a place for anyone to expect anything. I wasn't sleeping or anything. But one day he might need it too. So I left there. All the other employees were very friendly and attentive. They deserve a 10. I had a great impression of the establishment and I recommend staying there.

Everything is excellent!

Super easy check-in and check-out. Location is ideal for dropping bags and exploring the Old Town- just a few minutes walk from a taxi rank too. The lovely women at the shop were very friendly and helpful, despite us not speaking much Spanish and them not speaking much English. Highly recommend!

Thanks for the easy service

Everything was perfect and the customer support was fast and professional, good job Kim 🙏
