Friendly woman at the store and all worked well. The only thing I don’t fully understand is the collection time which have to specify when doing the online booking. Not clear on the consequences of missing the exact collection time. A bit stressful trying to get back for that exact time as the app sends emails saying the time is up. I understand if it’s a guide time. Seems like the thing to do is to give a later time that you know you’ll be able to collect before. In our case all was fine but I could have done without that bit of stress!

The luggage store is inside a food shop. Street number 18. I couldn’t find any indication about it… the staff was very helpful to guide us through the process since we didn’t make the booking beforehand. I believe the service is not available 24/7.

The locker is super convenient, right in the city center and very close to the bus stop to go to the airport afterwards. Bounce is one of the cheapest and best located in Ibiza. Someone greets us, helps us put our large suitcase in the locker and locks it. Honestly, it was great for our last day on the island!

Very friendly staff. Luggage was safely stowed away. I was able to add some purchases later. Everything was perfect, would gladly return.
