Friendly woman at the store and all worked well. The only thing I don’t fully understand is the collection time which have to specify when doing the online booking. Not clear on the consequences of missing the exact collection time. A bit stressful trying to get back for that exact time as the app sends emails saying the time is up. I understand if it’s a guide time. Seems like the thing to do is to give a later time that you know you’ll be able to collect before. In our case all was fine but I could have done without that bit of stress!

Great location, very easy to find and use. The gentleman helped us get the bags up the stairs as we had our Auntie's bag with us as well.

Really helpful man at the shop, drop off was very easy, only comment would be we had to carry our cases up a flight of stairs and they weighed 20kgs, pick up was equally efficient

It is hidden, address is correct but in fact it is a shop “Fantastic”, so simply ask inside, otherwise all was good!

It's a good option, excellent treatment

The locker was incredibly convenient, right in the city center and very close to the bus stop for the airport. Bounce is one of the cheapest and best-located in Ibiza. Someone greeted us, helped us put our large suitcase in the locker, and locked it. Honestly, it was perfect for our last day on the island!

Very friendly staff. Luggage was safely stored. I was able to add more purchases later. Everything was perfect, I would gladly use them again.
