I avoid using Bounce most of the time because I don't really like those dingy little convenience stores that sell socks and roses in glass by the checkout (iykyk). But this is a cute, clean, pretty shop with delicious gelato. Super convenient location, right between a bus stop and the BART entrance. I barely had to schlep my bag across the sidewalk at all.

Served an important purpose on the day. Their limited hours on a sun were unfortunate but they were pleasant to work with

Seamless experience leaving luggage and picking it up.

My friend and I left our suitcases for two weeks. First, the store seemed very unserious, and we felt uncomfortable going our suitcases in an ice cream store. But the suitcase was safely stored there, and nothing happened. It is safe and recommendable. Maybe a bit too expensive as we paid almost $100 per person for two weeks. There should be a better price option provided.
