Angela was amazing. She helped us log in to the app to pay for the storage since our phone did not have enough data to complete the process. Her shop was right behind Southampton train station. Very convenient. Our luggage was waiting for us when we arrived at the appointed time to pick them up. Wonderful experience!

Overlook funky environment. This place was great! We dropped off & picked up seamlessly. We’d reserved & prepaid ahead of time (as was suggested by others). Being a convenience store, made operating hours a plus. It can be tricky to find if unfamiliar with the area. It’s about 3 store-fronts down from the corner. We’ll definitely go with them next time for sure!

The owner was so thoughtful and professional about us coming in early to drop off our luggage. An absolutely delightful experience. She had our luggage ready to go first thing in the morning so whenever we arrived, it would be ready. Our luggage was well cared for and we would give her additional stars if we could.

She came early to collect our luggage and when we returned she had it ready for delivery. Very sweet lady. Thank you so much

I was very worried about dropping off all my luggage but this place was great - very friendly many other bags there... It allowed us to explore the area before our cruise without the hassel of our bags.

A little bit difficult to find but once located it was very smooth & easy. Really nice people working there, would recommend 10/10. Maybe a Bounce sign outside or on the window would help!
