- Once we located the City Convenience Store on Beach St our experience was great. They took pics of our luggage and then locked it in a very secure room. The attendant was very helpful. The address given on the Bounce site is confusing. Follow directions to 18 Beach Rd, not 1/18 Beach Rd.

- Excellent service. I would like a dedicated luggage area; part of the store is designated for luggage, but it's not private. I'm clarifying this because there are no lockers, keys, or designated luggage areas. They insisted that luggage is monitored by cameras and that there were no problems, but it's something they could improve. Thank you.
