Great service but found it was a bit difficult to get to the store with a 25kg suitcase after getting off the sky drive bus, as it is at the bottom of a steep hill. :)

It’s definitely the best option, I left my suitcase for 1 month in there while I was travelling and I picked it up and it was perfect.

Bags are stored in secured room under cctv. It is bit scary but it worked so no complains.. make sure you read "Albert Mart Convenience Store!". There is no sign mentioning Bounce. Was bit walking around until I tried to ask inside.. all good 🙂

Straightforward process. Staff appear to lock luggage in back room so it felt secure. Would use this location again

With online reservation, everything is seamless. Its location makes it the perfect place to drop off your luggage for a few hours before you take a train to the airport.

The process was simple. The staff members at the store were both polite and courteous. The service allowed us to easily store our luggage at an affordable price while exploring Downtown Auckland before going to the airport.

Drop off and pick up were seamless with the QR code given. I wish I could have seen the luggage tags get added to my pieces as when I picked up, they just asked me which bags were mine... but both my bags were there and everything was fine. I liked how convenient the store was for us going to/from the ferry.
