Very friendly staff, the suitcases arrived in perfect condition. They notify you by email in advance to pick up your luggage. Highly recommended!

First time using bounce and was skeptical at first but the shopkeeper made it real simple, my things were stored in the back, and the location is prime due to being opposite a police station for that extra sense of security.

Stored my bag there for 2 weeks and it was all fine. Store owner is nice. Only negative was that the store opened 30 minutes later than listed in the opening hours on the Saturday which made me worried I would not be able to pick up my bag before my flight as I was facing a locked door. The owner quickly responded to my message though and the store was open soon after that. It was also the Labour Day weekend so perhaps that is why they opened slightly later.

Close to my accoms, was a great experience and was around a semi quiet area of Federal so was easy to park up and pop in and drop off and pickup my bag. Would definitely store there again. Thanks!

I'll admit the thought of leaving my bag in a dairy was a tad unnerving at first... BUT the staff were efficient, bags put in a cupboard and all items present on return of the bags to us. A location and resource I'd use again.

Safe and secure luggage storage. We booked 15minutes before drop off and were pleased to see the bags would be stored in a locked room. Have used others who store the bags behind the counter, which makes me nervous. Would use again and recommend to others!

Super easy to use and really friendly staff in the store

Our bags were locked in a side room of the convenience store. It was a short walk from the harbor and near the Imagine Hotel. We easily stored our bags while we went to Waiheke Island. However, they were there for 50 hours so we had to pay for 3 days.
