Drop off & pickup were easy and reasonably fast.

We needed to kill a couple of hours before we had to catch a flight out of Auckland. We wanted to see some of the city before we did this. This facility was a five minute walk from the ship and still in the port and we were allowed to use the luggage trolley as long as we returned it which was helpful and very easy. The place is a little corner shop by the ferry building , easy to locate. Just scanned the QR on the app and that was it. Picked it up at said time and no hassle or confusion. A very easy App to install and use. We had two hours and managed to get up the sky tower and eventually we saw the whole of Auckland in 2 hours… not bad eh !! 😃

This was my first time using this sort of baggage storage so I was not sure how it would turn out. It was quick, easy, and reasonably priced which made our holiday that much easier. Storing our larger luggage for the weekend made going to Waiheke Island more comfortable and the staff were friendly and efficient. I’d definitely use again.

With online reservation, everything is seamless. Its location makes it the perfect place to drop off your luggage for a few hours before you take a train to the airport.

The process was simple. The staff members at the store were both polite and courteous. The service allowed us to easily store our luggage at an affordable price while exploring Downtown Auckland before going to the airport.

So EASY! From Auckland Cruise area Queens Wharf, we were 2 blocks from several storage sites. We were prepared to pay $90 taxi one way, plus storage fee at the airport and another $90 to taxi back to spend our day for an excursion back in Auckland. We then would have spent another $90 to go back to airport for our 11pm flight. Bounce charges were $55! We were hands free! GREAT!!
