Safe and secure luggage storage. We booked 15minutes before drop off and were pleased to see the bags would be stored in a locked room. Have used others who store the bags behind the counter, which makes me nervous. Would use again and recommend to others!

Super easy to use and really friendly staff in the store

Our bags were locked in a side room of the convenience store. It was a short walk from the harbor and near the Imagine Hotel. We easily stored our bags while we went to Waiheke Island. However, they were there for 50 hours so we had to pay for 3 days.

Great spot! Very close to the centre and with a dedicated room (locked) for the luggages! The guy of the shop is very friendly and kind! For sure I'll use the store again! Great price!

Woman traveling alone, and I did the most ridiculous thing...I left my phone in my uber!!! This Bounce location did everything possible to help me connect with my uber driver and get my phone back within 20 minutes They tried to help me make an international call from their hotspot via my watch to my phone, call home for help, contact the uber driver, and direct the driver to their store. What a blessing. THANK YOU!!!

Friendly, quick service. Was a little concerned that the store room the bag was stored in was unlocked and could potentially be accessed if the shop staff were not watching but the bag was still there and safe on return. Directions from the app were incorrect, it showed to access from scene lane but the only access was from beach rd.
