Top ratedI liked my experience because in the end my luggage was fine. When you get to the place you leave your luggage in a big room with the bags of other costumers. The floor is divided in squares with a tape and you choose in which square to leave your stuff. The lady did not check my reservation, and just wrote down my first name.. a bit weird... and when I came back to checkout the guy asked for a piece of ID.. I am not sure if they have a list of costumers for the day but found it a bit funny that they don't check it nor the number of bags... all and all it worked fine and I would use the service again!

Top ratedMy first time using bounce and had a great experience. I was super unsure about this at first but this location was great and I knew for sure my bags were totally safe. The staff member was extremely kind and friendly. He was knowledgeable and it was super quick process. This is at a gym but they had a storage room behind the front desk and i felt like they were totally safe and guarded - I see no way the bags could get stolen from them which is nice. The building it is in is very nice too and the location is absolutely amazing. We dropped off our bags for a few hours until our check in and explored the street around. I strongly recommend this location for anyone needing to drop off bags!

Top ratedAwesome staff and everything is behind a locked door, each bag tagged and checked before you leave. Staff is so kind and accommodating. The store is also full of great travel items and we picked up a few things before we left. Highly recommend. Very friendly and very secure.

I chose this place because they are open late. Other locations close earlier and I did not wish to rush as I wanted to enjoy the old town Montreal and Cirque du Soleil show. I was going to the airport afterwards, and their selections of food and snacks really helped! I had a delicious sandwich to eat before my flight, and several boxes of cookies (made in France!) to give my friends as souvenirs. Yay!
