Easy drop off, central place. Friendly staff. In the back of a ‘depanneur’/convenience store.

The young lady who greeted us before opening time was very kind in letting us in and took our luggage to her storage.

The service was excellent and the staff were very polite; highly recommended.

We used the Mont Royal Location, and it was just 50m away from where we were staying, so it was super convenient. The pickup and drop-off were very smooth. Definitely recommend.

Worked just like it was supposed to and the instructions were very clear. We actually ended up walking from the cruise port. Would use Bounce again.

I had problems with the App but the owner of the store, Li Liu was so kind & extremely helpful and sorted everything. I would recommend this store and the location was very convenient for the bus to the airport.

First time Bounce user and skeptical of the process. Couldn't have been easier to drop off and pick up. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Easy to book - much cheaper than paying for a late checkout - just in a shop in their back area - so not a separate locker - you also need to pay for each bag - you can’t show up with your booked suitcase and then ask them to also store some hand luggage - I had to edit my booking whilst I was there to get more things stored - which wasn’t difficult!!

Great location and service, it would have been useful to know which floor of the shopping centre the drop off store was on booking.

Perfect experience. This bounce location is inside Loco, which is a great, clean and well-managed little shop. It was easy to book in advance and the price was reasonable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and both the drop-off and pickup were seamless. As an added plus, the store sells bulk treats like chocolate covered cranberries, which make the perfect treat if you’re storing your bags before hoping on the train like me!
