Very helpful and welcoming staff

We used the Mont Royal Location, and it was just 50m away from where we were staying, so it was super convenient. The pickup and drop-off were very smooth. Definitely recommend.

Worked just like it was supposed to and the instructions were very clear. We actually ended up walking from the cruise port. Would use Bounce again.

I had problems with the App but the owner of the store, Li Liu was so kind & extremely helpful and sorted everything. I would recommend this store and the location was very convenient for the bus to the airport.

The staff at Eggspectation Maisonneuve were very helpful. They kept our luggage safe while we walked around for the day. Do note, they are only available until 3pm so plan accordingly. We would use them again.

It is a simple arrangement. You leave your stuff in the shop, and the local shop owner will watch your things as you venture around Montreal. He was very friendly and pleasant, and our things were not stolen. Good service.
