Kind of. The shop assistant just took a picture of my case and gave me a key ring and said show me that when u return along with ur code. But the worrying thing was he only wheeled my case to behind the counter so didn’t know where my case actually went. Shop assistant wasn’t very pleasant. However, all was good with case and a good idea to allow you to explore the city without your luggage.

Right inside the station. Couldn’t be more convenient!! No waiting. Just reserved online on the way, dropped off bags n went out for the day. Showed up before our train time, got our bags within seconds and off we went. So happy it exists!!!

It was around $25 to leave our 2 carry on from 10:45am-5pm. It's not that cheap, but they were safe and secured. It is hard to find, but worth it once you do. The guy inside is so nice. You have to go down the escalators into PEEL station, and there is a very tiny, Paper size, of "Bounce" on the left pillar.

Service as described on your site. Next time with Bounce again.

The gentleman is very kind and welcoming. The luggage storage is very conveniently located, right in the Peel metro station. We didn't have any trouble with our suitcases. I highly recommend it!

Super friendly staff and easy to find. Chose this spot for the convenience of it being so close to the metro stop and it worked out well to leave our luggage here during the day before an evening flight due to the ease of getting to the 747 airport bus stop via the metro.
