Discover Downtown Montréal luggage storage

Very secure and very friendly service. I had trouble with the app but the staff helped.

The location is amazing as it is inside Gare Centrale as we were taking Via Rail. It is inside the Dépanneur de la Gare store. I spoke to the cashier which directed me to talk to the person in charge of the Bounce service. It was a quick check-in and check-out process with the QR Code. The bags are stored in an employee only room. The price is great and I would definitely use Bounce again.

Very easy access to the convenience store at the central station. Quick and efficient service. I recommend it.

Good location. It was very convenient leaving my luggage there

Everything went as planned.

easy to drop off and pick up, nice place to storage

Perfect, luggage safe in a locked room. Very easy with the QR code.

Very effective service at Gare de Montréal.. Easy to find and fast service

Easy drop off and pick up. Ended up with my stuff so no complaints

We were supposed to catch our flight at 9:30 PM and check out of our room at 11:00 AM. We were lucky enough to be able to leave our bulky luggage at this shop. This allowed us to stroll around at our leisure. A big thank you to you! Great app, it was a brilliant idea.

Better signage at the store and better description on the website as to where it is located. It does not say on the website that the storage is located in an electronics store. So it took us a bit of time to figure that out.

Everything went very smoothly!

Very good drop off. Nice people in great location

Competent and friendly staff.

Everything went well. Easy drop off and pickup.

The drop-off went very smoothly and quickly. Just one problem finding the store; perhaps it would be helpful to indicate that it's inside the convention center, 100 meters from the metro exit.

Very friendly staff, nice store and the bags were stored securely, not visible for customers. Ideal using the air Canada coach for going to/coming from the Airport.

Everything was perfect, warm welcome. Thank you very much.

It was so good and the staff there were lovely

The location is very strategic, a very convenient area, and close to everything in Downtown. The staff is attentive and friendly. The check-in and check-out process is very easy. It's safe and reliable. The Air Canada shuttle is right outside.

Super easy and seamless. And secure! They took our bags into somewhere that isn’t seen by the rest of the public who come to get coffee/souvenirs.

Location and bags security, all were perfect

Perfect. Super friendly.

Very symphatic Team there

Convenient location, friendly staff! Super easy process to drop the bags off!

I searched for a drop off at train station and this is the one that came up. I would have thought it would be closer and accessible through the RESO. On the upside, their sandwiches were fantastic.

Very friendly staff, great coffee, easy and convenient.

Great location for the Air Canada shuttle, cheerful staff and good food!!!

Excellent staff, very friendly place, and super convenient luggage storage. I highly recommend it.

Went great, thanks
