Used this location twice over our weekend in Montreal. Easy drop off and pick up. Good location within the Central Train Station.

Location was clearly marked, easy to find, and check in was quick and simple. The bag appeared to be in a secure and well-monitored space.

Great location, right in central station, service was well organized and our bags were locked up safely.

Overall great experience, cheap and convenient. One area for improvement: they should give clearer directions for finding the place. It’s not right next to McDonald’s, but it is nearby. Look for the storefront sign in the photo, that’s where you’ll find the place!

Just for info, shop is inside Peel station on Stanley side. Just be careful carrying your luggage as there is only an escalator and no elevator on that station entrance. As for the storage itself, the proprietor is extremely nice and handled our luggage quickly. Checkout was fast too. Thank you very much!

We booked through the Bounce app and everything went smoothly! The entrance is a bit weird as it looks like an abandoned building with rotating doors and you have to go down stairs but the owner of the shop is very mindfull and kind, making sure to associate a picture of our bags with our names so not to have anyone take the wrong bags!

Drop off & pick up process is quite smooth.

The location is perfect and super convenient for anyone taking the Air Canada shuttle. They take photos of your luggage, so I felt very safe leaving my belongings there. All the staff members were extremely attentive and polite.

The location was perfect for us right next to the Air Canada shuttle bus to the airport. The staff was friendly and my bags were secure. We were able to go explore Old Montreal without dragging bags along.

This was the first time I learned of such a luggage opportunity which is so useful to visiting travelers. I’m old enough to remember this as a pre 9/11 option in train and bus stations. Luggage was photographed and safely stored. The host business provided prompt attention at drop off and pick up. Highly recommended.
