Great location and 2 extremely kind and helpful gentlemen who helped me find the bus and even offered to pay my fare if I didn't have it (correct cash only or Opus card once on the bus).

A friend and I stored four carry-on bags with them so we could explore the city while we waited for check-in at our AirBnb. The shop runners were very kind. They take a picture of your bags when they scan your reservation QR code to pair them with the right reservation. Then your bags are tagged and you get a matching tag to use when you return later to pick them up. They lock your bags in the backroom so only employees have access.

At first, wasn't sure if we were at the correct location as no sign indicator of Bounce, but someone was right there to help once we entered to store.

All good. One large suitcase and a smaller carry on. It allowed us a couple of hours around the town to walk freely, go to a cafe and some shops. The shop was a little store in the station, they locked the cases away in a room out the back. Good service.

Easy and convenient

Everything was great, they ask for ID to drop off and pick up luggage, which I think is an amazing idea to safeguard your luggage.

Drop-off was easy! They take a picture of your bags to make sure they are paired with the right reservation. Then your bags get tagged and you get a matching ticket.

Very convenient for dropping off luggage at the station to enjoy the surroundings while waiting for the train to depart.

It was around $25 to leave our 2 carry on from 10:45am-5pm. It's not that cheap, but they were safe and secured. It is hard to find, but worth it once you do. The guy inside is so nice. You have to go down the escalators into PEEL station, and there is a very tiny, Paper size, of "Bounce" on the left pillar.

Service as described on your site. Next time with Bounce again.

The gentleman is very kind and welcoming. The luggage storage is very conveniently located, right in the Peel metro station. We didn't have any trouble with our suitcases. I highly recommend it!
