We left our bags here on our final day in Montreal. Bags are stored in the office at the back of the store which felt safe. The whole process was very quick and easy, once our bags were tagged we took a photo then stored them in the office, to collect our bags we showed the photo. I would definitely recommend this location for your Montreal baggage storage.

This was my first time using Bounce. Hamid quickly put us at ease. He was very helpful and because of his service, I'll use Bounce again if I need luggage storage.

The cashier had me put Bounce tags on my luggage and escorted me to a closed back room where I left my bags. It looked like no one touched my bags for the 7 hours they were there.

Easy to find, conveniently located, and secure. The man who assisted us was helpful and friendly, and we felt our bags were safe. When we collected our belongings, our tags and references were checked carefully and thoroughly. I would happily use this Bounce location again!

Convenience store was 3 blocks from our Air bnb and Amin was super helpful and it was easy to find

Useful and convenient service, though it is a bit surprising that it's in the back of a convenience store. Seemed safe enough but a proper luggage storage facility would be preferred

I knew it was a convenience store but I assumed they had a proper space to store items. Your items are placed in a room at the back of the store. I asked to see where my luggages were stored. Because I had valuables in my bag, I didn’t feel secure leaving my luggages there for more than two hours. For receipt/proof they ask you to take a photo of the tag they put on your luggage. . The old man that was working there was kind and helpful.

I noticed the gentleman left my bag behind his counter when I dropped off and when i picked up. I'm sure he was there 95% of the time but i'd feel more safe if it was in a locked storage room.

The welcome is not very warm.
