The pick up and drop off was so simple. The staff were very friendly and the whole process was very secure and well coordinated. The staff kindly let us use the washroom and also hang out in the seating area when we were overtired from walking around while waiting for our accommodations to be ready. Fantastic all around!

The staff were great and welcoming, and the luggage is stored in a room accessible only to staff. I recommend it. However, it's a real shame that the address given for Bounce doesn't explicitly state that Bounce is located in a hotel… I spent over 30 minutes looking for you.

Process was easy. We were able to rock up to the desk without doing anything prior and the staff were helpful to guide us.

I used Bounce twice and it is a fantastic service. Both front desk people in the hotel were exceptional. On 26 July it was a gentleman who was kind, efficient and spoke very good English. Helped give us directions to our Airbnb once we picked up luggage. Juli 30 we used same place and the sweetest young lady at front desk took care of us and let us fix our luggage as we were departing back to US. She was wonderful with a cheerful personality and smile. She also has a very calming presence as we were heading to airport with 3 flights ahead of us. I would definitely use Bounce in this location again if things remain the same for a couple of years and I return. Superb customer service by both parties at front desk of hotel.
