I used Bounce twice and it is a fantastic service. Both front desk people in the hotel were exceptional. On 26 July it was a gentleman who was kind, efficient and spoke very good English. Helped give us directions to our Airbnb once we picked up luggage. Juli 30 we used same place and the sweetest young lady at front desk took care of us and let us fix our luggage as we were departing back to US. She was wonderful with a cheerful personality and smile. She also has a very calming presence as we were heading to airport with 3 flights ahead of us. I would definitely use Bounce in this location again if things remain the same for a couple of years and I return. Superb customer service by both parties at front desk of hotel. Very well staffed. Helpful staff. No one is allowed in the baggage room without staff. They'll let you use their common room to rearrange your bags on pickup.

Easy pick up and drop off. Just show the Bounce QR code both in/out and they take care of things. The gentleman on reception was very helpful.
