Super easy way (and pretty affordable) way to store your luggage when visiting Montreal. This location is located right in Hotel St-Denis, so there was someone at the front desk and as soon as we mentioned we were looking for Bounce, they showed us to the storage room which was clearly organized with each bag in its own numbered square on the floor. We didn't need it, but apparently you can have in-and-out access to your bags anytime during your booking. Would definitely use again!

The pick up and drop off was so simple. The staff were very friendly and the whole process was very secure and well coordinated. The staff kindly let us use the washroom and also hang out in the seating area when we were overtired from walking around while waiting for our accommodations to be ready. Fantastic all around!

The staff were great and welcoming, and the luggage is stored in a room accessible only to staff. I recommend it. However, it's a real shame that the address given for Bounce doesn't explicitly state that Bounce is located in a hotel… I spent over 30 minutes looking for you.

Process was easy. We were able to rock up to the desk without doing anything prior and the staff were helpful to guide us.
