Super convenient drop off and pick-up. No issues even though the stuff isn't kept in a "locker". It is in a secure room with other people's stuff and is properly segregated. I was a little skeptical before using this service as it was my first time using Bounce but I will be using this again for sure!

Great location to leave your luggage. They have a separate room for it take photos, and add a tag. Great service as well.

I left my bag here for the weeknd concert since we weren’t allowed to bring big bags and the drop off was quick which was very convenient since I was already on a time crunch and the pick up was quick and easy as well. One thing is that they don’t have lockers so just for your own safety don’t leave important things and valuable items just to be safe. But no complaints at all!! Staff was very friendly and it’s a 24/7 service.

This location was able to assist in keeping my cooler of breastmilk cold during the day.

It's an easy experience overall. Walk in the door, the front desk person scans your code and takes you right it a locked room with the luggage. Good experience!
