Discover luggage storage in Hong Kong

Really good service and very straightforward drop off and collection. Would recommend for anyone wanting to explore old town before heading to the airport.

Good location nice people

Great easy service!

The building manager was very kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. The lady at the shop was also very nice.

The service is great but the shop is hard to find. Suggestion for putting the bigger banner for easy finding.

The owner is Korean and was so kind! The location near Mid-Levels was also great! Thank you! 😁

Easy to find, they speak excellent English, are very friendly, and the luggage drop-off and pick-up were super quick. I recommend them.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Our bags were chained together so they wouldn’t be separated.

Location is very central, in the back of a busy building - the elevator can sometimes take a while as there's only one to service many floors. A bit hard to find but felt comfortable leaving my luggage.

Everything went well.

Overall was good. However, I'd have expected them to hide the luggage in a room, instead of having them under a table in the dining room. This is something they should start doing from now on to make customers feel more confident about the safety of our luggage.

Thank you so much for assisting us. Very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely recommend 👍👍👍

Nice staff, good location, efficient drop off and pick up.

It was very easy to find and our bags felt secure with the host. The elevator can be quite slow so just a heads up, especially when bringing a lot of luggages as you may have to make multiple trips to leave everything.

The friendly staff are available 24/7 for pickup and delivery, which is very reassuring. It was a great help! Thank you!

Check-in was seamless. Worker forgot to check out our bags which put us at risk of being overcharged, but it’s okay!

Very happy with the service

Very easy to find the location and drop off and pick up as well, both their owner and the staff are so kind and attentive. would highly recommend to choose this location.

It was very convenient as it was close to the station. I would like to use it again in the future.

It was a shame they didn't check my luggage separately when I picked it up~ haha. I don't know if it's because they recognized my face.

The location is inside Chungking Mansions; it takes a bit of searching due to the elevator sections! The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the luggage storage is convenient and quick!

My luggage was so heavy and the hotel was so far away, so I used the app for the first time, and the owner was so, so kind!! The best 🥰👍🏻👍🏻

I was able to use it without any problems.

Perfect location and services! Would recommend!

It was a convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Phenomenal customer service. Very efficient and secure. Highly recommend if your going to be near Chungking Mansions and want to leave your luggage/bags.

The location was very easy to find. The owners of the shop were kind and helpful. There was a little initial confusion regarding the app and QR code drop off system but we could drop off the bags manually and were given a tag in lieu of a drop off receipt. Our bags were stored carefully, covered for protection and pick-up was simple and smooth. Overall, an excellent experience with some very minor hitches.

Friendly guy and was very quick

Very great, highly recommended.

Location is very hard to find. It’s the restaurant/mahjongg hall on the first sub level. The people were nice though!
