The drop-off did not take more than 5 minutes as they were confirming my booking through QR code while the bags were being put into secure area by the lobby desk. They also secured the bags with steel wire. Even I could not make the pick-up time I edited my booking on the go via the Bounce application. Very convenient. The hotel is only 100 meters walking distance from Yau Ma Tei metro station exit.

Lifts/elevators are a pain to get but it you're staying in one of the guesthouses then it's perfect. The lady who took our bags was absolutely lovely and offered us water and even a shower! As soon as we turned up and showed the QR code we were done. Bags are stored in a room behind reception (fairly sure she locked it as well).
