We really recommend leaving your luggage here for a few days . The staff were very nice and approachable, even offering us tissues and kindly giving us an extra 30 minutes since our pickup time was at 4. Thank you so much.

Friendly and helpful staff. The process was super easy.

Abt 15min walk from west Kowloon station. Good location, in the city centre just minutes away from temple street. Staff was friendly and flexible, allowed us to collect our luggage later than the original reservation booking. Fairly small luggage storage space within an inn, but guess that’s why they need prior reservations and don’t accept walk ins.

Overall was good. Just that dragging the luggages through the alley which is dirty, filled with water pools, will not be what I prefer. Finding the way based on the Amap is indeed the shortest route but not exactly easy to find. Then within the complex also hard to find the particular correct lift to go up. There is also only one lift serving to that level which makes the waiting even more painful. All these relate to the environment where the place is located, the actual storage place is secure and the hosts are really nice!

Super friendly, super quick!

No issues. It's in a store. People expect a storage unit but this is fine. There's staff in the store anyway to look after it. They put it inside somewhere and they give you a tag. Easy to get to from HK station or central. They charge by day. Airport charges per hour. Staff speaks English well and are friendly

Friendly staff, painless drop off and pick up

The staff were friendly, and I even asked someone at Chungking Mansions for directions from Line E-9 to the 9th floor. They were incredibly helpful and gave me detailed directions, which I appreciated. The owner was also very friendly. I was able to leave my luggage at a reasonable price without any issues. I'll definitely be using them again!

Fast, convenient, takes a little time to find the seat but the staff is great!

During baggage pickup, the staff did not check or scan the QR code before releasing the luggage. While the process was quick, it did not feel very careful or secure. I think verifying the QR code is an important step to ensure luggage is handed to the correct person, and I hope this can be improved in the future.

I didnt know that this was like airbnb, in this case this is a luggage store that also offers luggage storage service. but everything was fast and smooth. most importantly our luggage are safe while we explored mong kok. also this id easy to find and just nearby central station
