I suppose it’s a characteristic of Hong Kong, but it was a bit difficult to find. You have to take a separate elevator in Building E inside the building.

Excellent experience, I highly recommend it. Reliable booking through this app. Clear instructions (anticipating potential elevator wait times). Clean and well-stored suitcase.

The building itself is a bit complicated, but manageable. They definitely stored my belongings.

Friendly staff. Easy to find

Overall was good. Just that dragging the luggages through the alley which is dirty, filled with water pools, will not be what I prefer. Finding the way based on the Amap is indeed the shortest route but not exactly easy to find. Then within the complex also hard to find the particular correct lift to go up. There is also only one lift serving to that level which makes the waiting even more painful. All these relate to the environment where the place is located, the actual storage place is secure and the hosts are really nice!

The staff were friendly, and I even asked someone at Chungking Mansions for directions from Line E-9 to the 9th floor. They were incredibly helpful and gave me detailed directions, which I appreciated. The owner was also very friendly. I was able to leave my luggage at a reasonable price without any issues. I'll definitely be using them again!

Seamless luggage storage service. Didn’t expect the staff to be so polite. Met 3 different people over the course of drop off and pickup and each one of them were absolutely nice. Even took time to help me with bus options to the airport which is just a short walk away. Directions given in the bounce app where I booked the service was absolutely spot on (they are on the 11th floor of New Lucky House). Thanks for the great service Ocean Inn.

Drop off and pick up were really easy; didn’t take more than 2 minutes. Staff are extremely nice. Even helped me with figuring out bus options to the airport. Directions given in the app to the place also very straight forward. U can’t miss it.

Very useful & affordable. If they could give me the number of the focal person for drop off, that would be best so i can contact them immediately. I had to look around to find out who or where m gna drop it off. Nonetheless, they can b trusted. My luggage is safe & sound with me.

It takes a few minutes to walk here from the station, but the staff provides clear navigation instructions after booking, and they are very efficient and professional.
