Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Our bags were chained together so they wouldn’t be separated.

It was very convenient as it was close to the station. I would like to use it again in the future.

Super friendly and efficient. It's on the 11th floor of the building; you can't see it from the outside, and it's not advertised as Bounce, not even in the lobby when you enter the building. You have to take one of the two elevators on the left as soon as you enter, because the ones on the right only go up to the 7th floor (the ones on the left go from the 8th to the 14th). I didn't book online because the website said the price was 120 Hong Kong dollars (for two suitcases). I went there, and they asked for 60 (30 per suitcase), and I was able to leave my jacket for free. Very satisfied with the service, 100% recommended.

The service is great but the shop is hard to find. Suggestion for putting the bigger banner for easy finding.

It takes a few minutes to walk here from the station, but the staff provides clear navigation instructions after booking, and they are very efficient and professional.

It was stored safely. Since it is a restaurant, the location was easy to find. There is also a restroom inside, although I did not use it.
