Friendly staff. Easy to find

The staff were friendly, and I even asked someone at Chungking Mansions for directions from Line E-9 to the 9th floor. They were incredibly helpful and gave me detailed directions, which I appreciated. The owner was also very friendly. I was able to leave my luggage at a reasonable price without any issues. I'll definitely be using them again!

The store was a little hard to find and I was worried about security due to its location, but the staff were friendly and there were no problems.

Lifts/elevators are a pain to get but it you're staying in one of the guesthouses then it's perfect. The lady who took our bags was absolutely lovely and offered us water and even a shower! As soon as we turned up and showed the QR code we were done. Bags are stored in a room behind reception (fairly sure she locked it as well).

Highly recommended. This place operate 24hours, flexible timing and good location. Just right in front of airport bus stop.

Overall was good. Just that dragging the luggages through the alley which is dirty, filled with water pools, will not be what I prefer. Finding the way based on the Amap is indeed the shortest route but not exactly easy to find. Then within the complex also hard to find the particular correct lift to go up. There is also only one lift serving to that level which makes the waiting even more painful. All these relate to the environment where the place is located, the actual storage place is secure and the hosts are really nice!

The man was not very kind. Rude and reluctant to talk/joke. Other than that the woman was pleasant. Good service.
