The location was easy to find and the staff was friendly.

If you go through the door on the left side of the stairs, there is an elevator. You don't have to climb the stairs. The Indian restaurant will leave your bags for you.

A better place to store the luggage away from other customers would be highly appreciated.

It’s good and the location is really good, with the airport bus nearby as well as the subway station. The opening hours are also long. The only issue is that there is no bag verification safety system. I was just told to pick up my bag from a room full of bags and they didn’t even confirm if it’s actually my bag. It would be good to have a tag system and if the employees where to actually bring the back to us instead of allowing customers to browse through the whole bag storage.

During baggage pickup, the staff did not check or scan the QR code before releasing the luggage. While the process was quick, it did not feel very careful or secure. I think verifying the QR code is an important step to ensure luggage is handed to the correct person, and I hope this can be improved in the future.
