The concierge was welcoming and pleasant. They took a photo to retrieve my suitcase. It was safe and secure, which was reassuring. The only major drawback was the long staircase! It's very inconvenient with a heavy suitcase. There's no elevator, so keep that in mind when dropping it off.

Regarding the service, there were no problems, everything went well. The attendant in the morning wasn't very friendly; they could have been more polite to customers. The attendant in the afternoon, when I went to pick up my order, was very polite, unlike the first one.

It was very quick and easy, and the guy was friendly. The only problem is the stairs, but that wasn’t a big deal for me. Very convenient to the train station!

Despite the large staircase, which is somewhat impractical with luggage, the experience remains very positive, especially thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the receptionist. The hotel is ideally located.

Very convenient and easy-to-use luggage storage service! The staff is truly welcoming and accommodating 😊 Even though a collection time must be specified, it's perfectly possible to pick up your belongings earlier. The place, located in a youth hostel, is very friendly and open. You immediately feel at ease, and they even offer to stay in the lounge if you wish—a real plus!

This luggage storage facility is an Ibis. The service was very good and friendly, as well as smooth and fast. I recommend it for leaving your luggage near the airport.

Very friendly and flexible staff

This place was a a great place to store my bag while I explored Toulouse. I was surprised to discover that the bag storage was in a CBT shop, however it was a great experience. The man was very kind, accommodating and professional and I felt safe leaving my bags here, despite the original confusion.

Very convenient location — right inside Carrefour, close to the train station and the airport shuttle stop. Fast service. The only thing that felt a bit uncomfortable: they don’t give any claim tag or paper receipt, just a tag on the suitcase, which I had to take a photo of. If your phone battery dies, you’d have no way to prove your luggage is yours. It would be better to offer a backup method of identification.

I am very pleased with the luggage storage service at this hotel. The staff is friendly, they greeted me with a smile, offered me water after the heat - it was very useful. They told me what to see in the city, helped me get my bearings. All my things were returned safe and sound. Thank you very much!
