Very easy process and kind staff!

Very convenient and easy-to-use luggage storage service! The staff is truly welcoming and accommodating 😊 Even though a collection time must be specified, it's perfectly possible to pick up your belongings earlier. The place, located in a youth hostel, is very friendly and open. You immediately feel at ease, and they even offer to stay in the lounge if you wish—a real plus!

It is absolutely necessary to indicate on the bounce site that there is a very large staircase to climb before arriving at the hotel reception. No help, the hotel staff has nothing to do with it. With luggage it is really difficult.

Both receptionist in hotel were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with heavy suitcase (20kg) up and down (longish) stairs, since there is no elevator. Thank you, guys, a lot!!! ❤️

The only thing I found irritating was the storage in the breakfast room during breakfast service.

Super helpful staff that let me build and pack my bike inside the reception. Left a bikebag for five days there. Only thing is that the security could be better as all bags are stored in the same space.

You have to go up the stairs from the hotel entrance to store your luggage.

Hotel 5 minutes from the station, very accessible on foot, fast service for dropping off luggage and also for picking it up, very pleasant staff for me, it was a first because I didn't know it but I recommend it and I would do it again without problem next time ☺️

Very convenient location — right inside Carrefour, close to the train station and the airport shuttle stop. Fast service. The only thing that felt a bit uncomfortable: they don’t give any claim tag or paper receipt, just a tag on the suitcase, which I had to take a photo of. If your phone battery dies, you’d have no way to prove your luggage is yours. It would be better to offer a backup method of identification.
