The staff is truly welcoming and accommodating 😊 Even though a collection time must be specified, it's perfectly possible to pick up your belongings earlier. The place, located in a youth hostel, is very friendly and open. You immediately feel at ease, and they even offer to stay in the lounge if you wish—a real plus!

- The concierge was welcoming and pleasant. They took a photo to retrieve my suitcase. It was safe and secure, which was reassuring. The only major drawback was the long staircase! It's very inconvenient with a heavy suitcase. There's no elevator, so keep that in mind when dropping it off.

The only thing that felt a bit uncomfortable: they don’t give any claim tag or paper receipt, just a tag on the suitcase, which I had to take a photo of. If your phone battery dies, you’d have no way to prove your luggage is yours. It would be better to offer a backup method of identification.
