The concierge was welcoming and pleasant. They took a photo to retrieve my suitcase. It was safe and secure, which was reassuring. The only major drawback was the long staircase! It's very inconvenient with a heavy suitcase. There's no elevator, so keep that in mind when dropping it off.

Very convenient location — right inside Carrefour, close to the train station and the airport shuttle stop. Fast service. The only thing that felt a bit uncomfortable: they don’t give any claim tag or paper receipt, just a tag on the suitcase, which I had to take a photo of. If your phone battery dies, you’d have no way to prove your luggage is yours. It would be better to offer a backup method of identification.

Everything was great... The only downside is the stairs. You absolutely must have something to take photos with you there; you'll need it.

Friendly welcome, however, reception is upstairs via stairs, so remember to bring energy.

It was a little hard to find because there is no sign saying Epicerie Bonrepos and the Bounce sign is a small decal on the window.

The store was great but Bounce messed up on my reservation by not sending the correct code. We worked it out in the end. I love the idea but I think Bounce needs to work out the kinks. I tried using your 24hr helpline but got no response from?
