What a nice person welcoming us to his store and efficiently handling our bags. I enjoyed the fact it was so close to the Centraal station: easy to find and very fast & easy to store the bags. Good security by photographing the tags to collect them (it means the tags can be used again instead of being thrown away) and we saw the man securing them in a store cupboard. All of this combined to make it feel like a secure place to leave the bags. Very pleased we chose this store based on other good reviews. Also, it is reassuring to know that even if you for example select check-in bags at 11:00, it is totally fine to come a bit later - we were there at about 11:15, and that was no problem - we did not even discuss being a bit late - so this shows there is very good flexibility.

What a pleasure to be greeted by Kendra's friendly face and welcome this afternoon in Amsterdam. I had just completed three days of gravel riding and was needing somewhere to store all my bike-packing kit whilst I returned my hire bike to the bike shop. All of the luggage lockers at Amsterdam Centraal station were full or broken, I discovered after unloading everything from my bike and packing it all into a locker which wouldn't lock! Anyway. I had already had a recommendation for the Bounce app from the hostel I'd been staying at and jumped straight onto this and ten minutes later my bag was booked in for storage and I was on my way. This location was a perfect one for me and Kendra could not have been more friendly and helpful. 5 stars 🤩.

Convenient location only a few minutes walk away from central station. There wasn't lockers or anything as expected just the upstairs of a shop where other guests checking their luggage in/out could access your belongings, the staircase was narrow and steep but I would definitely use again.

We used their service in Amsterdam since we had to checkout of our Airbnb at 11am and our flight wasn't until 8pm. Everything went ok, but they didn't really store our bags in any secure locations nor did they check to confirm how many bags we had or that we paid.
