The staff was very welcoming and well organized. But the stairs are some of the steepest in the Netherlands and unless you enjoy carrying a heavy bag up and down a very dangerous set the stairs, I would recommend elsewhere. However, you can’t beat the location.

I came here to experience the stairs! The older guy who works here is such a genuine nice guy who truely cares and seems intrested, the last gentleman. The stairs of this place is a fun introduction of the city of Amsterdam and gives you a free tour of how the homes can be, it's worth a sight to get a feel and store your luggage without being massively ripped off by other companies. I felt safe with leaving my things here.

Perfect! Quick and efficient, however, the app told me to come back even though I still had hours to spare. The app's schedule and the location's schedule aren't coordinated.

Perfect and just a stone's throw from the Central Station. A warm welcome. Just a very steep staircase to get the suitcase upstairs. Good location.

Very nice&friendly staff. They have a camera so they can watch the luggage room from the front of the shop to make sure everything is nice and secure. Very steep and narrow stairs to get up to the luggage room though so with really heavy luggage maybe you should consider another location, but it worked great for me with a cabin bag. Worth every cent.

The location was very convenient and easy to find. However you have to carry the bags up and down a very narrow staircase. It is difficult with heavy luggage and if you have more than 1 item.

Very close to the Amsterdam central station. The only issue is that it's a very narrow staircase that you have to take the bags to and from. So it's a bit difficult if you have heavy luggage and more than 1 item.

Location close to the station, easy to access except for the stairs to drop off luggage upstairs which is a real ordeal with a suitcase weighing more than 20 kg!!!!

The location is prime and the shop is easy to find. However, the drop-off and pick-up process can be a bit challenging. While self check-in and check-out are fine, the property is located on the first floor and accessible only by very narrow stairs. This makes it difficult—and even risky—to carry multiple bags at once. It could be particularly challenging for those who have trouble lifting heavy luggage. That said, the overall experience was positive. The location is excellent, and the staff are friendly and speak good English.

The owner was extremely friendly and humorous :) The store was easy to find and very centrally located, close to the main train station. Drop-off and pickup were quick and hassle-free. The owner takes a photo of your luggage and asks you to take a photo of it yourself to show upon pickup (as an added layer of security). I wish I had dropped off my luggage there during my very first stay in Amsterdam; if I come back a third time, I'll definitely drop it off there again :)

If I'm in Amsterdam again, I'll store my luggage there again; I wish I had done so during my very first stay last year :)
