Location was super convenient from the train station - very easy drop at good price. The clerk was wonderful and helped a couple of members of our group when the website wasn't working for them. Pick-up was fast and easy! Would absolutely use Bounce and this stop again.

It didn’t feel every secure when I turned up, but it was fine.

Experience was fine, good place to leave bags, but the person who attended us was a little abrupt and not very friendly. Not unpleasant either, just a little cold. He asked us how much we paid and when we would be back, even though that was stated on our booking, and I don't see why he would need to know the price we paid. In response, I told him how many bags we had booked, but he wasn't interested and wanted to see the exact price. Picking up the bags wasn't a problem and quite quick though he did struggle with the weight a little. There are also heavy construction works in the area and lots, and lots of food traffic and obstacles which made getting to and from the shop with the bags a bit tricky.

Did the job wasn’t the friendliest guy but bags were safe.
