Good location near the central railway station, ground floor, friendly staff who tagged my bag and helped to carry it to the back room. A bit narrow passages in the shop if you come with bulky bags.

Flexible drop off and pick up timings as long as it is within opening hours. My luggage was stored in a secure cupboard with a number tag that the staff informed to take a picture for collection of my luggage later. Thank you for the service!

What a nice person welcoming us to his store and efficiently handling our bags. I enjoyed the fact it was so close to the Centraal station: easy to find and very fast & easy to store the bags. Good security by photographing the tags to collect them (it means the tags can be used again instead of being thrown away) and we saw the man securing them in a store cupboard. All of this combined to make it feel like a secure place to leave the bags. Very pleased we chose this store based on other good reviews. Also, it is reassuring to know that even if you for example select check-in bags at 11:00, it is totally fine to come a bit later - we were there at about 11:15, and that was no problem - we did not even discuss being a bit late - so this shows there is very good flexibility.

Very central and with very fast service. They label the bags and you must take a photo of your labeled bags as a method to confirm pickup.
