Friendly staff, efficient storage with individual numbers for each piece of luggage, good location near the train station, highly recommended.

Though there is 5~6 min walk from the station, the road is relatively flat, and getting there with my 25kg suitcase was not much of a problem. No stairs, the store is easy to locate, the doors are wide. Super friendly, cheerful manager, professionally gets my luggage to a separate room closed securely with a door. Has me take a photo my suitcase with the number tag on it, and it also serves as my receipt (clever!). Another perk of this location is that it's just next door to one of the largest Albert Heijn supermarkets in downtown Amsterdan, so you can do your last-minute shopping (I got a ton of my new favorite NL snaks) before leaving for Schipol.
