Flexible drop off and pick up timings as long as it is within opening hours. My luggage was stored in a secure cupboard with a number tag that the staff informed to take a picture for collection of my luggage later. Thank you for the service!

What a nice person welcoming us to his store and efficiently handling our bags. I enjoyed the fact it was so close to the Centraal station: easy to find and very fast & easy to store the bags. Good security by photographing the tags to collect them (it means the tags can be used again instead of being thrown away) and we saw the man securing them in a store cupboard. All of this combined to make it feel like a secure place to leave the bags. Very pleased we chose this store based on other good reviews. Also, it is reassuring to know that even if you for example select check-in bags at 11:00, it is totally fine to come a bit later - we were there at about 11:15, and that was no problem - we did not even discuss being a bit late - so this shows there is very good flexibility.

Our bags were well looked after by a really friendly guy. He took our bags from us and put labels on. We photographed them, so he could quickly find them when we returned. Very near the train station. I'd recommend this store.

Easy to find, close to central station. Lovely guy, we came back to get something out our bags without problem. They get you to take a photo of the tags to confirm retrieval.

1st time using Bounce. A very good experience. I felt confident as this shop already has really good reviews and I couldn't fault it. Really close to the station. I'd read other reviews so knew I'd be walking into a small souvenir shop. (Good to know if you are new to Bounce) service was very quick and easy. The shop keeper was lovely. Very helpful and his English was helpful as I don't speak Dutch. Put tags of the luggage and told me to photograph the tags as he'd use the for pick up confirmation. I'd definitely recommend this service
