very easy to book through the app. the man was very polite, and efficient. he was very thorough with documenting and storing our bags. when we returned for pick up, he was very quick to let us on our way. before you leave, get a drink and snacks at his shop. i planned to, but my family said we can get it at the train station. we didn’t have time at the train station, so i arrived at the airport hangry and cranky.

An excellent luggage storage space, easy to find and close to central station. The shop owner stores the suitcases behind the counter he was very polite and easy going. I would use this place again if I needed to store luggage

Convenient location, easy to locate and close to Amsterdam Central station. The shop keeper was polite and the bags were safe when we came back to collect. While booking I was a bit confused about whether size of the suitcase matters, but in the end we had 2 medium (24'') suitcases and it was no problem. Considering the place where it is stored, I think a larger (28'') bag wouldn't be a problem as well.

It was my first experience using Bounce but it was quick and easy to drop off our luggage, pick up was just as simple. There’s no separate room where it’s stored from what I could tell but I trusted what I’d read from the other reviews and everything was fine. Nothing missing, it was a little nerve wracking but I’m glad I did it, got a couple of extra hours to relax in Amsterdam. The location is also really close to the station which was perfect.

This was my first time using Bounce, and I chose this location because it had good reviews. The service here was very fast and smooth. It’s just a short walk from the shop to Centraal, which is very convenient. My luggage was safe and nothing was missing. There isn’t a separate luggage room, but I packed my bag well to make it as secure as possible (at least not easy for anyone to take 😅). The area feels quite lively, though a little intimidating at times, but overall I felt safe and everything went well. The price is reasonable and the service is very convenient. Overall, a good experience and I would use it again
