Very kind and accommodating staff, the hotel where you store your luggage is really clean and right next to the Metro and Flixbus. Luggage is registered and stored in a locked room. You can even lend a mobile phone charger and use their toilet. Would defo store my luggage there again!

Extremely positive experience! Staff was very kind and the whole process was very quick. Bags were anlso kept safe annd sound. Additional tip, if you are waiting for your flixbus/train and have nowhere to go/the weather is bad etc. you can chill at their cafes. Very nice ambience, with free WiFi and plugs to charge your devices.

Excellent option for leaving your luggage in a safe place. If your bags don't fit in lockers, or you have to rent several and it gets very expensive, this is the best option. They store them in a room that's only for luggage storage. It was quick and easy.
