Very easy to use! Highly recommend

Not only could we store our bags, but got top quality information about the area.

Ok the website adds an extra charge, but the place is great, in Hostello Bello. The Portuguese gal was so warm and helpful. It's more secure than I had imagined, with lock and clever mirror reflecting activities in storage down to staff.

Its good idea to have a store room in como the people in there were very nice & cooperative.

I found it last minute, I must say. What a lovely discovery. Clean surroundings, very helpful and friendly staff, a place to stay in a relaxing and convivial atmosphere. Great entertainment and various spaces to unwind.

I didn't realize I'd have to drag my suitcases up the stairs. That was an unexpected inconvenience but otherwise a fine location for drop off.

Great service, we felt like our items were safe, very friendly - note that they are closed for a few hours in the middle of the day.

Located in the bar of the Como Lago station itself, it is very comfortable and agile.

Just went to the place, scan the barcode, and reserve right away. The staffs were very helpful with our luggage. Don’t forget to see the closing hour.

Very convenient, walking distance both to ferry station and train station. Open 24/7 (just knock). Hostel luggage storage - so might require some digging and fishing for your luggage in a huge pile. Helpful staff.

The staff at the Ostello Bello was fantastic and very helpful.

It served our need to hold luggage whilst we had time to kill. However, it gets busy and the storage place is very difficult to unpack when trying to retrieve your luggage. On a bend, on a staircase. Very difficult to place item in front of or on top of your cases, then place your cases to return all the other cases. Area was also not locked. At the time of delivery and collection.
