Discover luggage storage in Munich

It was simple, fast, and effective — just what we were looking for to store our luggage during our day visit to Munich.

Fast service. Very friendly and polite.

Easy, but their security protocols were a tad lax, they let me take my luggage without confirming it was me.

Good spot friendly people at the store, big signs out front for bag drop off

Excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended ++++++

Nice people but not good in communication. I feel there’s no real security for the bags. They are stored on a staircase which is not open to the public but easily visible and accessible by all

The place was very easy to find and the staff were very helpful, plus it was very close to the station! It was totally worth it!

Fantastic, got my bag back, would recommend.

It was good. No issues dropping or picking up, no signs of the bags being tampered or opened or anything and close enough to the hauptbanhof.

everything was fine

Well, they're pretty much safe.

The drop off was as simple as it can be, and location seems pretty secure since it's indoor behind a closed door.

Really cordial and professional personnel, not far from the city center or the central station

Good location, but the bags were not secure, just left at the entrance

All was good. Easy location, very near Central railwaystation.

It was great easy check out and check in!

Staff was flexible and accommodating…wonderful to work with. Overall a very convenient and easy storage option!

This was a reliable place to place my backpack during Oktoberfest. The drop off agent spoke English and made friendly conversation.

Staff was great, very easy.

Everything was ok, picked my bag ok

Everything was very quick and efficient.

Everything worked perfectly. The manager was friendly and I felt my bags were safe.

Easy dropoff and pickup, but bags are in the middle of the internet café. Visible for everyone.

Everything went perfectly with my luggage, it was amazing!

Good, they were just a little disorganised.

It was a very narrow check in area and was difficult to pick up if you've got a group of bags to check in/out. It was a little chaotic, but our stuff was all accounted for and we had no issues with our belongings. All in all, worked out fine. Conveniently located across from the train station. I think the pick-up could just use a little fine tuning.

Very easy drop off/pickup and close to the station.

Everything was perfect, all the staff were very kind and everything went very smoothly with my luggage. Thank you to them and especially to Simon for the very pleasant conversation.

Great process and helpful staff.

Amazing smily guy :)
