The reception staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly, we felt secure about our luggage.

We felt somewhat insecure because the hotel left our bags in an open room accessible to everyone, without considering the possibility of theft. Nothing happened to our bags, though. Apart from that, the staff were incredibly helpful

No problem, but the location is not very close to the Olympic Park as suggested in the description.

It was, overall, pretty good. Somewhat convenient to public transport. It's just a hotel that watches your bags, and depending on the staff on duty, customer service is either pretty good or pretty rude.
