We felt somewhat insecure because the hotel left our bags in an open room accessible to everyone, without considering the possibility of theft. Nothing happened to our bags, though. Apart from that, the staff were incredibly helpful

Great! Easy check in and out, everyone at the front desk is very friendly. Convenient location if you are using the Hbf to go elsewhere and don't want to haul all your luggage. Don't lose your luggage tag tickets.

It was, overall, pretty good. Somewhat convenient to public transport. It's just a hotel that watches your bags, and depending on the staff on duty, customer service is either pretty good or pretty rude.
