The place is located right in the heart of old town Munich. The personnel is friendly, but our baggage was a bit large and was placed in a visible spot.

Incredible idea for people with luggage. You can drop them off at this place with a QR-Code that has also a Photo of all your baggage and pick them up later the same way. You have to book online before. We booked like 3 minutes before we arrived at the shop. Super easy. The employee was friendly and so nice

Communication with the staff was excellent; I was able to communicate perfectly in English. Everything was very easy and straightforward. Leaving your luggage to explore the city is very convenient.

It was easy to find and easy to pay.

We had a very pleasant experience with this luggage storage. The employees were so nice, we didnt book beforehand, but it was no problem, you can do it at the place. Also, we booked the storage till 5 pm but we came little late - I think maybe 20 minutes later - but it was also no problem, they stored our items till we came.

The shop attendant was really nice. A few people that came after me cut my queue but she told them that she would do my bag first because I had reached before them. This simple gesture was much appreciated. The shop was easy to find and in a good location. Bag drop and pick-up was orderly and fast. Highly recommended!

Everything was great. Very friendly, centrally located, and they even charged my headphones.

Overall the experience was good and the store employees were helpful, just note that there is no storage space. The suitcases were placed on the store stairs and when we went to pick them up, the employee gave us another suitcase along with ours, so the storage wasn't very good.
