Discover Karlsplatz Munich luggage storage

Easy to find. Seamless process.

Everything's fine, very nice

Fantastic, got my bag back, would recommend.

Very smooth drop off and pick up. They give you tags and also secure storage location.

Super friendly staff. And very easy to find. Located right near the main train station, I can highly recommend it. 👍🏻

Very efficient service. I recommend it.

quick and helpful service

It was a very narrow check in area and was difficult to pick up if you've got a group of bags to check in/out. It was a little chaotic, but our stuff was all accounted for and we had no issues with our belongings. All in all, worked out fine. Conveniently located across from the train station. I think the pick-up could just use a little fine tuning.

Friendly and uncomplicated. Easily accessible from the train station.

Good spot friendly people at the store, big signs out front for bag drop off

All went smooth, and easy

The place was very easy to find and the staff were very helpful, plus it was very close to the station! It was totally worth it!

Very convenient location near the station and friendly and helpful staff

A great place to store your luggage! John was the best. Super friendly for drop off and pick up. He made everything seamless and stress-free, especially during the Oktoberfest rush and the night shift pick up. The food and drinks inside the coffee shop were also a huge plus!

Very attentive attendant.

Very easy drop off/pickup and close to the station.

everything was fine

Really cordial and professional personnel, not far from the city center or the central station

Good location, but the bags were not secure, just left at the entrance

It was great easy check out and check in!

This was a reliable place to place my backpack during Oktoberfest. The drop off agent spoke English and made friendly conversation.

Everything was ok, picked my bag ok

Everything went perfectly with my luggage, it was amazing!

The shop attendant was really nice. A few people that came after me cut my queue but she told them that she would do my bag first because I had reached before them. This simple gesture was much appreciated. The shop was easy to find and in a good location. Bag drop and pick-up was orderly and fast. Highly recommended!

Very good, professional.

Super easy, centrally located, secure, and fast processing, plus a friendly team! I will definitely use the service again if needed!
