There were no problems, but since I couldn't speak English, I communicated mostly by intuition.

Process (a new experience for me) was smooth, shop wasn’t easy to find despite correct address, coz it is so tiny! The Bounce sign outside is merely a small sticker among others - it would help if it were larger and more prominent. But otherwise I was completely satisfied. Kudos to the shop keeper for being a charming friendly guy.

Really friendly people and the bags are locked up in a quiet area and covered. Easy drop off and pick up, with good coffee at the shop, that’s also super convenient to the train station!

Exactly what I needed, they open earlier than most other places. They’re fab 🙆🏻‍♂️

There was no one there when we first went in. After a few minutes, a guy came down and checked us in, which was a quick and easy process. He put bands on the bags but did not give us any kind of receipt or stub that showed which bags were ours. He just told us to take pictures of the bands and that's it. The storage area also looked like a lounge area that had a door that led outside. We didn't feel it was very secure but there were other bags sitting there so we decided to go with it. Getting the bags was easy and quick as well. The guy was nice and friendly when he arrived.

The staff were super friendly, the hotel was easy to find at the address, and everything looked very tidy. I'd gladly stay again!

Super easy and efficient. The bags werent actually locked up but placed in an open room though everything was fine. The doors were all locked and a guard was there at all times. Gave me a ticket number to retrieve my bags. I reccomend!
