Overall the experience was good and the store staff were helpful, just note that there is no storage space. The suitcases were placed on the store stairs and when we went to pick them up, the employee gave us another suitcase along with ours, so the storage wasn't very good. The store in the central square of Munich was close to the Metro and that was very convenient.

The staff member was very helpful. I didn't have any problems when picking up my luggage either. You can leave your suitcases there with peace of mind.

everything was good. just note that the price is per bag, not per volume of your stuff, like in some places. and the lady didn't let us use a bathroom so minus 1 star for that
