I had an excellent experience with Oskar City Hotel storing my luggage. They safely held 5 suitcases and 2 backpacks for over 12 hours, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The service was surprisingly good, and the hotel is located in a very interesting part of Munich. Everything went perfectly, and I would definitely recommend them for luggage storage.

We had a very pleasant experience with this luggage storage. The employees were so nice, we didnt book beforehand, but it was no problem, you can do it at the place. Also, we booked the storage till 5 pm but we came little late - I think maybe 20 minutes later - but it was also no problem, they stored our items till we came.

Ease of use. Drop off and pick up! Making reservations at the last minute was also super easy and soooo helpful for our day of exploring!

Everything was flexible and convenient, right in the heart of Munich's historic center. Plus, since they rent bikes, we took advantage of the day to cycle around the area as a family. Highly recommended.

The shop attendant was really nice. A few people that came after me cut my queue but she told them that she would do my bag first because I had reached before them. This simple gesture was much appreciated. The shop was easy to find and in a good location. Bag drop and pick-up was orderly and fast. Highly recommended!
