It was a very narrow check in area and was difficult to pick up if you've got a group of bags to check in/out. It was a little chaotic, but our stuff was all accounted for and we had no issues with our belongings. All in all, worked out fine. Conveniently located across from the train station. I think the pick-up could just use a little fine tuning.

Highly recommend this service so you're not dragging luggage around while sightseeing.

Looks a bit sketchy a first sight, but actually works fine. The luggage is storage in a secure room in the back.

A great place to store your luggage! John was the best. Super friendly for drop off and pick up. He made everything seamless and stress-free, especially during the Oktoberfest rush and the night shift pick up. The food and drinks inside the coffee shop were also a huge plus!

It was good. No issues dropping or picking up, no signs of the bags being tampered or opened or anything and close enough to the hauptbanhof.

The restaurant felt like my family, phone died i was welcomed back. And allowed to charge my phone no questions. Great people honestly couldn't have been better. 10/10 this location is serving the platform well 💜🔥

The owner is very attentive and friendly. Each piece of luggage is given a number, which you photograph and show when you pick it up. Everything went perfectly! And that was on the evening of Oktoberfest!
