I always leave them here because it's close to the station and across from a DM; I've never had any problems.

This place saved me on a hot summer day while waiting for my connection! Very simple instructions and nice personnel.

Quick, easy, friendly. I also was able to add a backpack to my reservation while in the store.

Drop off and pick up was super easy. About an 8 minute walk from the Munich Central Hbf train station.

The luggage was handled very well. Nothing was broken. We had to wait a long time to check in our luggage.

Everything was fine, except for the subsequent emails from Bounce, which kept reminding me that I had to collect my luggage, otherwise I would incur further costs. I had already collected my luggage and was quite annoyed by these emails. The shop where my luggage was stored was okay.

Only a short walk from Central Station, super easy to leave our bags and it is a delicious cafe, so we were able to rest and enjoy a break from the heat. Pick up was also incredibly easy. We booked only minutes before we dropped off our bags. A very easy process

The storage location was about a block south of the main train station, so not as close as we were hoping for, but also very easy even with 4 large bags. The man who collected that was very friendly and happy to help take the bags off our hands so we could enjoy the city. The price was very reasonable. It was very unexpected that the main station’s huge storage area (probably 1000+ lockers!) had no open lockers, and lots of people were confused about what to do. This app was a great find for us and allowed us to still enjoy our time in Munich!
