It’s like a little far from the second S-Bahn station from the airport but it’s totally safe and good service, worth the price.

Left my bicycle case there for two weeks while touring Bavaria and Czechia. Perfect location for those flying into and out of Munich airport. Great staff. They give a luggage tag for identification of your bags so, in theory, you should have no worries.

Very easy to check our luggage in and out. We did think they were lockers however it's a large room at the Novotel where everything is stored. They do tag everything and check tags before you take your luggage out. The only other thing to note is that is it not near the airport terminals (despite how it looks on the map!). You can catch the train one stop out of the airport and it's about a 10min walk to the Novotel from there. It's easy enough to get there since there are no options to store luggage at Munich airport for longer than 24hrs.

Super easy drop off at Novotel hotel left our extra case for five days while we traveled through Germany

I took a taxi over to the Novatel and dropped off my bags and I was on my way! I had everything completed online and the process was easy and smooth!

The receptionist was very friendly, and everything was quick and easy. It's about a 12-minute walk from the train station, but there's also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

The Novotel in Munich is not only a luxurious place to leave your belongings, but also a completely secure one. They store your luggage in a sealed room with an electronic key, accessible only to the reception staff, who work 24 hours a day. This means you can check in or check out your luggage at any time. I highly recommend it :)

Awesome experience! It was right by P41 and they take your bags right at the Novotel hotel there.

It is a great place to safely keep our luggage as my friend and I took trips out to other European countries. However it would be better if the app could give clearer guided route to coming to Novotel as it is not located within the airport. You have to take a bus to arrive at Novotel.

Had a big layover in Munich and wanted to explore the city without dragging my bags around. I took the 635 bus from the airport/Audi building to the hotel Novotel (the storage is inside the hotel) Did the online reservation while I was on the bus. Walked up and showed them the QR code and they took me to a storage room, tagged and put my bags on a shelf. 12 hours later I showed them the receipt and took my bags! Pretty simple. Not sure if during the booking process it’s necessary to pick the size of your bags. They had a bunch or storage and it’s not lockers or anything like that. My return flight has a 21 hour layover and I’ll be using this service again!!
