Process was easy with the app. Space seemed secure & knowing we had to "check out" with app to retrieve bags made it feel safe. For this location, travelers should be aware of staircase to access location.

The location of the store is close to Viru gate, and the storage place is safe. I like this booking system, it sends notification beforehand all the time.

Upon arrival at Tallinn Airport, simply follow the signs to the bus stop (Lennujaam). Once you exit the building, walk straight through Linnade Park, cross Sepise Street after a few meters, turn left briefly, and then immediately right onto Keevise Street. The sign for ADDCAR will help you find Keevise Street. Simply continue straight ahead on Keevise Street for approximately 500 meters. The Airport Stay Hotel will be on your left. The reception is right at the entrance. Show the Bounce QR code there. Your luggage will be assigned a number and stored in a separate room. Picking it up later was also straightforward.

The location was very easy to find and the staff were great. It took less than 5 minutes for us to drop our bags and start exploring. They were kept in a common space, no lockers, which I’m not used to but everything seemed safe! We picked up our bags a few hours later with no issues.

Ideal location, separate room that can be locked, video surveillance, everything is very safe so you don't have to worry about your luggage.

Lovely staff but a bit worrying that it isn't really secure as bags just left in dining room of the restaurant. Ok when it's not busy but wouldn't have felt comfortable if we came to collect and there were patrons in the same room as where our bags were

Access to the storage room is via a locked door, which can only be opened by the receptionist (she did this remotely from the reception desk). Close to bus no 2 from the airport and the train station too
