Overall good and easy experience.

The hotel was in a very easy to find location in front of the station, and dropping off and picking up was easy.

Great service! In a locked room at a hotel, friendly staff, all hours access and easy location. I’m so glad another reviewer had mentioned unlocked dining room at other restaurant location nearby. I recommend this one!

Access to the storage room is via a locked door, which can only be opened by the receptionist (she did this remotely from the reception desk). Close to bus no 2 from the airport and the train station too

Great staff, easy to find. Luggage placed behind locked door. Door was unlocked by staff at desk. Then we self placed into storage area.

Lovely staff but a bit worrying that it isn't really secure as bags just left in dining room of the restaurant. Ok when it's not busy but wouldn't have felt comfortable if we came to collect and there were patrons in the same room as where our bags were
