Great location and friendly service. Without Bounce my last day in CDMX would have been infinitely more complicated logistically. Having Bounce as an option allowed me to enjoy a few extra hours of relaxation and exploration.

The place is a bit hidden, but the girls who helped me were very friendly, gave me relevant information, and were very accommodating with the opening hours.

The service and price were incredible. For a day when I really had nowhere to leave my things, it was quick, easy, and not complicated at all to get there. The girl was super friendly, and overall it was a great service.

Love the convenience of checking out from my Airbnb and the lobby downstairs was the same place I could check my bags in. It’s all good. Spent a little extra time in the city before heading to the airport.

Excellent location for visiting the Frida Kahlo museums, the service was excellent and very friendly. I was only a few minutes late and they gave me my ticket kindly. However, if you go to the museum, extend your time, because you might think 2 hours is enough, but it's not.
