Discover luggage storage in Mexico City

We were served quickly; we hesitated a little at first because it was our first time using the service, but there were no problems at this place.

Easy to find. The security outside the building pointed us in the right direction. They were very polite and friendly. Made us feel that our stuff and instrument were going to be very safe !

Workers were very helpful. Your bags go in a small storage room and you’ll get a little ticket you need to return at pickup. Pretty basic process, just have your QR code ready for check in and out.

Great location and excellent service

Wonderful. Friendly staff, nice place. Easy to drop, easy to pick up.

In the end, they didn't scan my code.

They were very kind, attentive, and efficient.

Very easy process. Great staff! And wonderful items in their store is a bonus.

Excellent Service

Great experience! The gentleman at the shop was kind and helpful, and he stored our bags inside for five hours in what appeared to be a secure space. When we returned, the shop was packed with people trading or playing cards, but he spotted us and immediately helped us retrieve our luggage. Highly recommend! Finding it: Some reviewers mentioned difficulty locating the shop, but we had no trouble. Enter Atenas Plaza and take the first stairwell on your right. The stairs are narrow. Head up one floor, keep left, then take the next left down the hallway. The shop will be on your left.

Excellent location and drop off process. No elevator in the building but no issue for us.

They were very kind, they treated us very well and the luggage was safely stored.

This place is great! Kept out bags secure for about 4 hours while we explored the city before checking into our hotel.
