Andrea was so kind and friendly. Our things felt super safe in her home. Drop-off and pick-up were both really easy and it's in a great location if you're staying in Roma Norte or Condesa! I would highly recommend!

When we dropped off our bags, they gave us instructions on the collection process, which was very simple. The person explained everything to us, and there were no problems. I was very satisfied with the high level of security we felt having our bags stored there.

Drop off and pick up was super easy. You’re provided a key to get in and out of the house as needed. Very helpful to have a bathroom available too.

It was very convenient to be able to drop off my backpack and luggage for several hours before I ride to the airport higher. Recommend this location in the Roma Norte neighborhood.

Friendly, attentive, easy to find place

It was excellent, I recommend it. It didn't have a lock like my other suitcases and I was worried someone might steal something, but it worked out very well.

They have good logistics for the service; they provide you with your own key. The only thing I think they should improve is the luggage security, because it's easy to take someone else's bag and leave.
