This was excellent and a convenient location. Staff were nice. They also allowed me to use the restroom facilities and the lobby to charge my phone and wait for Uber. Great easy going staff. Very clean.

SO HAPPY to have discovered Bounce. We checked out of our AirBnB and had all day to kill before our flight. This location worked great for us, and it was so easy to drop off our luggage and feel safe, knowing that it is a hotel. Was simple to retrieve, and like another reviewer mentioned, they allowed us to use their bathrooms before we headed to the airport. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very good place, excellent option to leave your luggage for a while while your flight leaves or you check in to your hotel.

The service at the Ibis was great, fast, and efficient. The staff was attentive, and my bags were delivered intact. It was excellent. The app originally showed me a location that literally didn't exist. The great thing is that it allows you to move your reservation to another location without any problems. The hotel gets 5 stars, but I give the app a 3.

The staff is very friendly and very chill. I recommend it for storing your luggage.

Exactly as easy as I'd hoped. It was just like the concierge at any hotel except I never had to stay there as a guest. My bag was kept locked in a room behind the front desk until I returned. No problems whatsoever.

Straight forward set up to store your bags for the day before you fly. We booked our bags in online when we got to the Ibis by scanning a Bounce QR code. They give tags for each bag and then put in a room out the bags, felt more secure with this room being within an ibis hotel. Would recommend

They received the luggage without any problem and when we picked it up everything was in order. Recommended place.

Not going to lie, but I was worried about leaving my luggage at a random place for several hours, but I couldn’t be more wrong. I dropped off my luggage, showed my QR code, got a number tag, took a picture of it and then came back several hours later to pick it up. This location was super efficient, clean, friendly and, most of all, safe! Totally recommend using bounce to leave your luggage here.

Very practical and reliable, I was able to leave my backpack and cell phone even to go calmly to the visa process. Download the app, pay online and just show the QR.

Short distance from our Airbnb experience was perfect

I was doing a day trip to Michoacan during my stay in CDMX, and I needed a place to store my large suitcase while I was away. Looked around on Google Maps for a place in the Zona Rosa area and found Bounce. Bear in mind--Bounce is housed in the Ibis Hotel on the same block (i.e., there is no sign on the outside of the building that says "Bounce"). Process was easy--on the website, you select the location where you are dropping off your luggage (there is more than one location in the city), how many days you want to leave your luggage, how many pieces of luggage you have (rates for something like a purse vs. a suitcase are different), and you pay online. The person at the front of the hotel takes your luggage and gives you a ticket, which is to be presented upon returning to reclaim your luggage. All in all, a very smooth process! Would use again.
