Process was seamless, got suitcase back the way I left it. Will use the app and this location again for sure (super convenient as my Ebus stop was El Angel de la Independencia and all my errands for the day were in the area)

I've left suitcases and bags there several times and it's always been great; the summaries are very practical and the process is simple. The staff are always super friendly.

Excellent!!! Very well located near the metro station, very comfortable and secure where they store your luggage. They were very careful; I left a couple of monkeys from Chapultepec tied to the suitcases and found them exactly as I left them. The staff is incredibly friendly; they let you use the restroom and wait for your transportation in the lobby. I highly recommend it. I would use it again if needed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
