I used this service because the airport luggage storage was very expensive when I was doing a short sightseeing trip to Mexico for the first time during a layover. The location was also good as I was planning to sightsee around the nearby Zocalo Square. My luggage ended up being more than I had planned, but they guided me through editing it in the app, which made the process smooth. This was a great help for me, as I don't speak English or Spanish.
